About snapNsheet
What snapNsheet is
snapNsheet (pronounced “snap and sheet”) is an online converter that turns screenshots of orders, shopping carts, wishlists and customer requests into an Excel spreadsheet. Every product gets its own row with the cropped product photo, the full name, the quantity, the price and a line total, and the sheet ends with a grand total formula.
It works with any shop or app: Amazon, Temu, Shein, AliExpress, Alibaba, bol.com, Zara, Nike, IKEA, Vinted, eBay, Walmart, Target, WooCommerce and Shopify order emails and many more, in English, Dutch, French, German and other languages.
Not Snapsheet
snapNsheet is not related to Snapsheet (snapsheet.me / snapsheetclaims.com), a US company that processes car insurance claims. If you searched for “snapsheet excel”, “snap sheet screenshot to excel” or “snap n sheet”, you are in the right place: snapnsheet.com.
Who uses it
Personal shoppers and buying agents, shop-and-ship and package forwarding businesses, live-sellers who take orders through Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp, small web shops that need packing lists from order emails, resellers tracking stock, and everyday shoppers who want a budget overview with pictures.
How it works
You upload up to 10 screenshots (PNG, JPG or WEBP). An AI vision model reads the layout, detects each product with its photo, name, quantity and price, and OpenCV crops the photos precisely. The result is a native .xlsx file with embedded images and real formulas. Uploaded screenshots are deleted within an hour; finished lists are kept for 90 days in My lists and can be shared with a read-only link.
