Cookie Policy

Snap → Sheet only uses cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your account secure. These cookies are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules (Article 129 of the Belgian Electronic Communications Act), so we do not show a cookie banner. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
1. Cookies we use
- access_token — keeps you signed in; expires after 15 minutes; httpOnly and secure.
- refresh_token — renews your sign-in without asking for your password; expires after 7 days; httpOnly and secure.
- gate — only used if a private-access password is switched on; expires after 30 days.
The admin page stores its access key in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
2. Third-party cookies
When you pay, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies there, for example to prevent fraud, under Stripe's own privacy and cookie policy. We do not embed social media, advertising or analytics scripts.
3. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
