Turn Your ASOS Order Screenshots into a Clean Excel Spreadsheet
ASOS shoppers, resellers, and buying agents often need a structured record of what they ordered — not just a confirmation email. snapNsheet reads screenshots of your ASOS order details or cart and produces an Excel file with one row per item, the product photo embedded, and a grand-total formula calculated automatically. No account access, no browser extension, no manual copying.
Whether you are reconciling purchases for a client, tracking stock for resale, or simply organising a large haul, converting an ASOS order screenshot to Excel takes under a minute. Upload up to ten screenshots at once, review the detected rows on screen, then download your spreadsheet.
What this screen looks like
On the ASOS website, order details live under My Account → My Orders → select an order; the screen lists each item with its thumbnail, product name, size, colour, quantity, and item price, plus a subtotal and any discounts. In the ASOS mobile app the same information appears under the profile tab → Orders → tap an order. Both views show clearly labelled prices in your local currency, making them well-suited for screenshot capture.
When people use it
- A reseller buying multiple ASOS items for clients needs an itemised spreadsheet to invoice each customer accurately without retyping every product line.
- A small fashion business tracking seasonal purchases wants all ASOS order details in one Excel file to compare spend across different order dates.
- A buying agent placing large ASOS orders on behalf of overseas customers needs a shareable product list with photos to confirm selections before dispatch.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Copying product names, sizes, and prices from an ASOS order page by hand is slow and error-prone, especially when an order contains twenty or more items.
- ASOS does not offer a built-in export to spreadsheet, so creating a usable record means manual data entry or hunting through confirmation emails.
- Resellers managing orders for multiple clients must maintain separate records; without a structured file, tracking which items belong to which client becomes chaotic.
How it works
- 1
Capture your ASOS screen
Open your ASOS order details or cart on the website or app. Scroll to show all items clearly — avoid cutting off prices or product names at the screen edge — then take a screenshot. Save it as a PNG, JPG, or WEBP file under 8 MB.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Go to snapnsheet.com and upload up to ten screenshots from the same order or related ASOS purchases. The AI reads each image, identifies every product row, and extracts the name, quantity, and price. Detected rows appear on screen for you to review before anything is downloaded.
- 3
Download your Excel file
Once you confirm the results look correct, download the .xlsx file. Each row contains the cropped product photo embedded in its cell, the product name, quantity, unit price, line total, and a grand-total formula at the bottom — ready to share or use in your own reports.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped ASOS product photo embedded directly in each Excel row's cell.
- Full product name as it appears on the ASOS order screen, including size or colour where visible.
- Quantity and unit price per item, with EUR, USD, and GBP values recognised automatically.
- Line-total column calculated per item and a grand-total formula at the bottom of the sheet.
- A saved list in My Lists for 90 days, shareable via a read-only link with clients or colleagues.
Frequently asked questions
Does snapNsheet connect to my ASOS account?
No. snapNsheet never logs into or accesses any store account. It works purely from the screenshots you upload. You control exactly which images are submitted, and no ASOS credentials are involved at any point.
What if my ASOS order has more than 75 items?
snapNsheet handles up to 75 products per conversion. If your order exceeds that, split the screenshots across two separate uploads. Each conversion supports up to ten screenshots, so large ASOS hauls can be processed in batches.
Will it work if a price is partially hidden or cut off in my screenshot?
Prices that are obscured, outside the visible area, or cut off at the screen edge cannot be read. Scroll carefully and retake the screenshot to ensure every price is fully visible before uploading.
Can I upload screenshots from both the ASOS app and the website in one batch?
Yes. PNG, JPG, and WEBP files from any source can be mixed in a single upload, provided they all relate to the same conversion task. Clarity and resolution still determine how accurately each row is detected.
How long are my ASOS order lists stored?
Converted lists are saved in My Lists for 90 days. During that period you can revisit them or share a read-only link. After 90 days the list is no longer accessible, so download your Excel file if you need a permanent copy.
