How-to guide
Build an Alibaba sourcing sheet from screenshots
Sourcing on Alibaba means comparing dozens of products and suppliers. Copying names, prices and pictures into a spreadsheet by hand takes hours, and the pictures never line up with the right row.
snapNsheet takes screenshots of Alibaba search results, supplier catalogues or your inquiry list and produces an Excel sheet with the product photo in the first column, the product name, the price (or price range) and room for your own notes.
Step by step
- 1
Screenshot the Alibaba results
Capture the search results grid or the supplier's product page. Several products per row are fine.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Add all screenshots of one sourcing session at once.
- 3
Review prices and MOQs
Price ranges are kept exactly as shown. Minimum order quantities are not mistaken for quantities.
- 4
Download your comparison sheet
Add supplier, lead time or landed cost columns in Excel; the photos stay in place.
Tips for the best result
- Screenshot with the product name fully visible; truncated names are kept exactly as Alibaba shows them.
- Create one list per product category to keep comparison sheets short and readable.
- Use the shareable link to send the shortlist to a colleague or client for approval.
