Does it calculate the total price?

Yes. Each row gets a line total (quantity × price) and the sheet ends with a grand total that updates automatically when you edit a quantity or price.

Which program should I open the file in?

For the best results, open the downloaded .xlsx file in Microsoft Excel (desktop or mobile app). Other spreadsheet apps may not display the product photos correctly.

Are my screenshots stored?

No. Uploaded screenshots are deleted within an hour. Only your finished lists (product photos, names and prices) are kept in My lists for 90 days, so you can download them again or keep adding products for the same client. You can delete a list at any time.
