How-to guide
Vinted items to Excel for stock and sales tracking
Vinted sellers who manage dozens of listings need an overview: what is listed, at what price, what sold. Vinted has no export, so sellers keep notes by hand or not at all.
Screenshot your Vinted wardrobe, your sales or your favourites and snapNsheet creates an Excel list with the item photo, title and price. Add sold dates or purchase costs in Excel and you have a real inventory sheet.
Step by step
- 1
Screenshot your Vinted wardrobe or sales
Scroll through your listings and screenshot each screen. Grid layouts with two items per row are supported.
- 2
Upload the screenshots
Add them in scrolling order so items visible twice are merged.
- 3
Check titles and prices
Item titles and prices are transcribed exactly; labels such as “Reserved” are ignored.
- 4
Download and extend
Add columns for purchase price, sold date and profit in Excel.
Tips for the best result
- Screenshot in portrait on your phone: Vinted's two-column grid comes out best.
- Create one list for “Listed” and one for “Sold”, and add screenshots to them every week.
- Favourites screenshots are a quick way to make a wishlist with prices.
Frequently asked questions

Vinted has no export. Screenshots converted with snapNsheet give you a spreadsheet with photos and prices.
Does it work with the Vinted grid layout?
Yes. Both list and grid layouts are recognised, including two items per row.
Can I track profit per item?
