How-to guide
Amazon order history to Excel, with photos
Amazon removed its order history report for most customers, so getting your purchases into a spreadsheet means typing them out. For expense reports, client invoices or household budgets that is a chore.
Screenshot your Amazon orders, cart or wishlist and snapNsheet turns them into an Excel list with the product picture, the full title, the quantity and the price, plus a total at the bottom.
Step by step
- 1
Screenshot your Amazon orders
Open Your Orders (or the cart) and screenshot while scrolling. Order confirmation emails work too.
- 2
Upload the screenshots
Up to 10 per conversion, in scrolling order.
- 3
Check the result
Amazon's superscript cents (€28⁴⁹) are converted to normal decimals, and “Sponsored” labels are dropped.
- 4
Download the Excel file
Use the sheet for expenses, invoices or budget tracking; the totals are live formulas.
Tips for the best result
- The Your Orders page shows one product per order card; for multi-item orders open the order details.
- Gmail order confirmation screenshots from Amazon are a quick alternative when you are on your phone.
- Add a list name such as “Office supplies March” so you can find it again in My lists.
