How-to guide
Convert your Shein order screenshots to Excel
Shein group orders, reselling and buy-for-me services all end the same way: a long list of items that someone has to type into a spreadsheet, with sizes and colours that are easy to mix up.
With snapNsheet you screenshot the Shein order or cart, upload the images and receive an Excel file where every item has its photo, the complete name including size and colour, the quantity and the price. The total is calculated for you.
Step by step
- 1
Screenshot the Shein order or cart
In the Shein app open Orders → the order → view all items, and screenshot while scrolling. Carts and wishlists work the same way.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Add the screenshots in scrolling order. Overlapping items between two screenshots are merged automatically.
- 3
Review sizes and colours
Selected variants such as “Black / M” are appended to the product name so nothing gets confused when you order or pack.
- 4
Download and share
Download the Excel file or share a read-only link with your customer so they can confirm the list.
Tips for the best result
- Use the order details screen: it lists every item with its final price after discounts.
- For group orders, name the list after the customer so you can find it later in My lists.
- Shein shows a struck-through old price next to the sale price; only the real price is used.
Frequently asked questions
Does it read the size and colour from Shein?
Yes. If the screenshot shows the selected variant, it is added to the product name in the spreadsheet.
How many items can one list have?
Up to 75 products per conversion, across up to 10 screenshots. You can add more to the same list afterwards.
Can my customer see the list without an account?
Yes. Every list can be shared with a read-only link that shows photos, names, quantities and the total.
Is the Shein total checked?
If the screenshot shows a subtotal, snapNsheet compares it to the sum of the detected rows and warns you when they differ.
