How-to guide
AliExpress orders to Excel, straight from screenshots
AliExpress buyers, dropshippers and small importers often need their orders in a spreadsheet for bookkeeping, customer invoices or price comparison. AliExpress offers no CSV export of orders or carts.
snapNsheet converts screenshots of the AliExpress order page, cart, wishlist or even a search results grid into an Excel list with product images, names, quantities, prices and totals.
Step by step
- 1
Capture the AliExpress page
Screenshot the order details, cart or product grid. Grid layouts with several products per row are supported.
- 2
Upload the screenshots
Up to 10 images per conversion. Sort them in the order you scrolled.
- 3
Verify the list
Names are transcribed exactly as shown, including long AliExpress titles. Badges like “Choice” or “Free shipping” are left out.
- 4
Get your spreadsheet
Download the .xlsx with embedded product photos and formula-based totals.
Tips for the best result
- Price ranges on product grids (e.g. “€3,49 – €5,99”) are kept as shown so you can decide the final price later.
- For orders with many items, screenshot in portrait mode on your phone: fewer, taller screenshots give the best results.
- Use one list per supplier or per customer and keep adding to it.
