Turn Depop Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
Resellers tracking stock, buying agents consolidating client purchases, and Depop shoppers reviewing their spend all face the same problem: order details live inside the app with no export button. snapNsheet reads a Depop order screenshot you upload and returns an Excel file with each item on its own row, the product photo embedded, and a grand-total formula already in place.
There is no account connection involved. snapNsheet never logs into Depop or pulls data from their servers. You take the screenshot yourself, upload it, and the AI does the reading. The result is a clean spreadsheet you can sort, filter, or share within seconds.
What this screen looks like
In the Depop app, tap your profile icon, then 'Purchases' to see a chronological list of completed orders; each order screen shows the seller's username, item photo, item title, size if listed, and the price you paid including any shipping. On the Depop website, the same information appears under My Account → Purchases, where each order page displays the product image alongside the transaction breakdown. These are the screens to screenshot before uploading to snapNsheet.
When people use it
- A reseller buying multiple Depop lots wants a single spreadsheet listing every item, price paid, and photo for inventory records.
- A buying agent ordering on behalf of clients screenshots each Depop purchase to produce an itemised invoice without retyping anything.
- A personal shopper tracking monthly Depop spend screenshots their purchase history to compare what they budgeted against what they actually paid.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Copying item titles, prices and seller names from Depop into a spreadsheet by hand takes significant time when purchases accumulate across weeks.
- Depop offers no built-in CSV or Excel export, so there is no official route to get structured purchase data out of the app.
- Matching a product photo to the correct row in a manual spreadsheet means switching between the app and the file repeatedly, inviting errors.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your Depop orders
Open the Purchases section in the Depop app or website and take a screenshot of each order screen you want to capture. PNG, JPG or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted, and you can upload up to ten screenshots in one conversion, covering up to 75 products.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Go to snapNsheet.com in any phone or desktop browser, start a new conversion, and add your Depop order screenshots. The AI reads each image, identifies every product row, and displays the detected items on screen so you can review them before downloading.
- 3
Download your Excel file
Confirm the detected rows look correct, then download the .xlsx file. Each row contains the cropped product photo embedded in its cell, the item name as it appeared, quantity, unit price, line total, and a grand-total formula at the bottom.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped Depop product photo embedded directly in the Excel cell for each item.
- Item title exactly as it appeared on the Depop order screen.
- Unit price recognised in EUR, USD or GBP where visible in the screenshot.
- Line total per item and a grand-total formula calculated automatically.
- A shareable read-only link to the saved list, stored in My Lists for 90 days.
Frequently asked questions
Does snapNsheet connect to my Depop account?
No. snapNsheet has no integration with Depop and does not log in or pull data from their servers. You supply screenshots you have taken yourself, and the AI reads only what is visible in those images.
What if the shipping cost or a price is cut off at the edge of my screenshot?
Prices that are hidden, cropped out, or otherwise not visible in the image cannot be read. Scroll the order screen so all prices are fully visible before taking your screenshot, then upload that image for the best result.
Can I upload my entire Depop purchase history at once?
You can upload up to ten screenshots per conversion, covering up to 75 products in total. If your purchase history is longer, split it across multiple conversions. Each saved list remains in My Lists for 90 days.
Will very long Depop item titles be shortened in the spreadsheet?
No. snapNsheet keeps product names exactly as they appear in the screenshot, however long they are. Depop listings often include detailed descriptions in the title, and none of that text is trimmed.
What image quality do I need for accurate results?
Clear, well-lit screenshots at normal phone or monitor resolution work well. Heavily compressed images, blurry captures, or very small text can reduce accuracy. Taking a standard screenshot directly from the Depop app or website gives reliable results.
