Turn eBay Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
Resellers tracking stock, buying agents consolidating client purchases, and small businesses reconciling eBay spend all face the same problem: the data is visible on screen but stuck there. snapNsheet reads your eBay order screenshot and outputs a clean .xlsx file with one row per item, embedded product photos, and a grand-total formula — ready for a spreadsheet workflow in seconds.
No account linking, no browser extension. You take a screenshot of your eBay purchase history or order details, upload it, and the AI extracts every product line it can see. The result appears on screen for review before you download. Lists stay accessible in My Lists for 90 days and can be shared with a read-only link.
What this screen looks like
On the eBay website, order details live under My eBay → Purchase History; each order page shows the item thumbnail, title, quantity, unit price, and order total. In the eBay mobile app the same information appears under the Me tab → Purchase History, with product images displayed prominently above the price breakdown. Either view gives snapNsheet enough to work from, provided the prices and item names are fully visible and not cut off by the screen edge.
When people use it
- A reseller buying in bulk on eBay needs a quick inventory list with photos and prices to share with their warehouse team.
- A buying agent managing orders for multiple clients wants one consolidated Excel file per client, built from individual eBay order pages.
- A small business owner needs a monthly eBay spend summary in spreadsheet form for bookkeeping, without manually re-typing every line.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Copying item titles, prices, and quantities from eBay purchase history by hand is slow and error-prone, especially across dozens of orders.
- eBay offers no native export of purchase history to Excel; generating a usable spreadsheet normally requires third-party tools or manual data entry.
- Embedding product photos alongside order data in a spreadsheet requires downloading images individually and inserting them cell by cell — a significant time cost.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your eBay orders
Open My eBay → Purchase History on desktop or the Me tab in the mobile app. Scroll to show item thumbnails, titles, quantities, and prices, then take a screenshot. snapNsheet accepts PNG, JPG, or WEBP files up to 8 MB each, and up to 10 screenshots per conversion.
- 2
Upload and let the AI read the screen
Go to snapNsheet.com, start a new conversion, and upload your eBay order screenshots. The AI identifies each product row — name, quantity, unit price, and line total — and displays the detected results on screen so you can check them before doing anything else.
- 3
Download your Excel file
Once you are satisfied with the preview, download the .xlsx file. Each row contains the cropped product photo embedded in the cell, the full item name as it appeared on eBay, quantity, unit price, line total, and a grand-total formula at the bottom.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped eBay product photo embedded directly in the Excel cell for each item.
- Full item title as shown on the eBay order screen, preserved exactly.
- Quantity and unit price columns, with line totals calculated per row.
- Grand-total formula at the bottom of the price column, ready to use.
- Prices recognised in EUR, USD, and GBP — whichever currency your eBay account displays.
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet connect to my eBay account to pull orders automatically?
No. snapNsheet reads screenshots only — it does not log into eBay, access the eBay API, or import store data directly. You take the screenshot yourself and upload it. This means what is visible on screen is what gets extracted.
How many eBay items can one conversion handle?
Each conversion processes up to 10 screenshots and extracts up to 75 product rows in total. If your eBay purchase history spans more items than fit on one screen, scroll and capture additional screenshots before uploading them together.
What happens if a price is cut off at the edge of my eBay screenshot?
Prices that are hidden, partially cropped, or obscured cannot be read. Before uploading, check that the full price column is visible and that nothing is truncated by the screen edge or a notification overlay.
Can I share the resulting list with a colleague or client?
Yes. Every converted list is saved in My Lists for 90 days and can be shared via a read-only link — useful when a buying agent needs to send an eBay order summary to a client without giving spreadsheet edit access.
Does it work with eBay screenshots taken on a phone?
Yes. snapNsheet runs in any phone or desktop browser, and the AI can read screenshots from the eBay mobile app as well as the desktop site, provided the image resolution is sufficient and the item details are clearly visible on screen.
