Turn H&M Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
Buying agents, small retailers and individual shoppers often need H&M order details in a spreadsheet — for budgeting, client quotes or stock tracking. snapNsheet reads your H&M order screenshot and produces an Excel file with one row per item, an embedded product photo, quantity, unit price and a running total. No account connection, no browser extension, no manual copying.
The process works from any device. Upload up to ten H&M screenshots at once, review the detected rows on screen, then download the .xlsx file. Lists are stored for 90 days and can be shared with a read-only link, which is useful when coordinating purchases across a team or with a client.
What this screen looks like
On the H&M website, order history is found under My Account → Orders, where each order shows a thumbnail image, product name, size, colour, quantity and item price. The H&M app surfaces the same information under the Profile tab → Orders → order detail view. A cart or saved-items screen lists pending items with their prices before checkout, and any of these views can be screenshotted directly from a phone or desktop browser.
When people use it
- A buying agent screenshots multiple H&M order confirmations for a client and needs a consolidated item list with prices in one file.
- A small boutique reseller reviews their H&M cart before placing a bulk order and wants a shareable spreadsheet for internal approval.
- An individual shopper tracks past H&M purchases across several orders to reconcile spending against a monthly clothing budget.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Typing product names, sizes and prices from H&M order pages into a spreadsheet by hand is slow and introduces transcription errors on long orders.
- H&M order confirmation emails format items inconsistently, making copy-paste into Excel unreliable without significant manual clean-up afterward.
- Collating items from several separate H&M orders into one master list means opening multiple tabs and cross-referencing details for every row.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your H&M order or cart
Open the order detail or cart page in the H&M app or website. Scroll to capture all items — if the list is long, take multiple screenshots. PNG, JPG and WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted.

Upload to snapNsheet and review
Go to snapnsheet.com, upload up to ten screenshots from one H&M order or cart, and let the AI read the items. Detected rows — product name, quantity, unit price, line total — appear on screen before you commit to a download.
- 3
Download the Excel file
Click download to get your .xlsx file. Each row contains the cropped product photo embedded in the cell alongside the product details, and a grand-total formula is included at the bottom of the price column.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped H&M product photo embedded directly in the Excel row's cell.
- Full product name as it appears on the H&M order or cart screen.
- Quantity and unit price per item, with EUR, USD and GBP recognised automatically.
- Line-total column calculated per row, plus a grand-total formula at the bottom.
- A saved list accessible for 90 days, shareable via a read-only link.
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet connect directly to my H&M account to pull order data?
No. snapNsheet reads only the screenshots you upload — it does not log into H&M, access your account or retrieve store data through any integration. Everything is based on what is visible in the image you provide.
What if my H&M order has more than 75 items?
snapNsheet processes up to 75 products per conversion. If a single H&M order exceeds that, split the screenshots into separate uploads and combine the resulting Excel files manually.
Will it read prices if H&M shows them in a currency other than EUR, USD or GBP?
Currently snapNsheet recognises EUR, USD and GBP. Prices shown in other currencies will still appear in the product row as text, but automatic line-total calculations rely on those three supported currencies.
What happens if part of a product name or price is cut off in the screenshot?
snapNsheet reads only what is visible. If a long H&M product name is truncated on screen, it is captured as shown. Prices that are partially outside the screenshot frame cannot be read, so scroll to ensure all figures are fully visible before capturing.
Can I upload screenshots from both the H&M app and the H&M website in one batch?
Yes. As long as the images are clear and item details are fully visible, you can mix app and browser screenshots in a single upload of up to ten files. For best results, keep each batch to one order or cart rather than mixing multiple separate orders.
