Turn IKEA Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
Whether you are furnishing a new office, sourcing products as a reseller, or tracking a large IKEA purchase for a client, having your order details in a spreadsheet saves time. snapNsheet reads screenshots of your IKEA order confirmation, shopping bag, or purchase history and converts them into a tidy Excel file — one row per product, with the item photo embedded directly in the cell.
No account linking, no browser extension. You take the screenshots yourself from the IKEA website or app, upload them to snapNsheet, review the detected rows on screen, and download your .xlsx file. Prices in EUR, USD, and GBP are all recognised automatically.
What this screen looks like
On the IKEA website, go to your account and open 'Orders & purchases' to see a list of past orders; clicking any order reveals a detail page showing each article number, product name, quantity, unit price, and line total, along with small product thumbnails. In the IKEA app, the same information sits under the profile icon in 'My orders', with a scrollable product list per order. The shopping bag page — accessible without logging in — shows all items currently in your cart with prices and quantities.
When people use it
- A buying agent compiling a client's IKEA furniture list needs every item, price, and quantity in one spreadsheet to build a sourcing quote quickly.
- A small business owner who placed a large IKEA office order wants an itemised Excel record for accounting without retyping 30 product lines manually.
- A reseller monitoring IKEA cart totals across multiple regional sites needs a fast way to log product names and prices in a comparable format.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Manually copying IKEA article names, which are often long compound words, into a spreadsheet is slow and prone to transcription errors across many rows.
- IKEA does not offer a native export option for orders or carts, so there is no built-in way to get your purchase data into Excel without retyping everything.
- Matching product thumbnails to rows in a manual spreadsheet is impractical; you end up with a text-only list that is harder to verify at a glance.
How it works
- 1
Take screenshots of your IKEA order or cart
Open your IKEA order detail page or shopping bag on the website or app. Scroll through the full product list and capture screenshots covering every item. PNG, JPG, or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted, and you can upload up to 10 screenshots per conversion.
- 2
Upload and let the AI read the items
Drag your screenshots into snapNsheet or use the file picker. The AI identifies each product name, quantity, unit price, and line total from the image. Before downloading, you see every detected row on screen so you can check accuracy.
- 3
Download your Excel file
Click download to get a .xlsx file with one row per IKEA product, the cropped product photo embedded in the cell, and a grand-total formula at the bottom. The file is also saved in 'My lists' for 90 days and can be shared via a read-only link.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped IKEA product photo embedded directly in the Excel cell for each row.
- Full product name as it appears on the IKEA order or cart screen.
- Quantity and unit price per item, with EUR, USD, and GBP all recognised.
- Line total per product and an automatic grand-total formula at the bottom.
- A shareable, read-only link to the list, saved in your account for 90 days.
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet connect to my IKEA account directly?
No. snapNsheet does not log into or access any IKEA account or system. You take the screenshots yourself from the IKEA website or app and upload the image files. The tool reads only what is visible in those images.
What if my IKEA order has more than 10 pages of products?
You can upload up to 10 screenshots per conversion, and snapNsheet handles up to 75 products per conversion. If your order is longer, split it into multiple uploads and combine the resulting Excel files manually.
What happens if a price is partially cut off in the screenshot?
Prices that are hidden, cropped out of frame, or obscured cannot be read. Make sure the full price column is visible in each screenshot before uploading to get accurate line totals.
Can I use this for an IKEA shopping bag I have not checked out yet?
Yes. The shopping bag page on the IKEA website shows product names, quantities, and prices without requiring a completed order. Take a screenshot of that page and upload it exactly as you would an order confirmation.
How long does snapNsheet keep my IKEA product lists?
Converted lists are stored in 'My lists' for 90 days, after which they are deleted. You can download the Excel file immediately after conversion and share it via a read-only link at any point during that period.
