Turn Lazada Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
Lazada shoppers across Southeast Asia and beyond accumulate long order histories, multi-item carts, and purchase confirmations that exist only inside the app or browser. snapNsheet lets you take a screenshot of any Lazada order screen and convert it into a clean Excel spreadsheet—product photo, name, quantity, and price in separate columns—without connecting to your account or touching your login credentials.
Whether you track personal spending, consolidate purchases for a small business, or compile product lists as a buying agent, a Lazada order screenshot gives snapNsheet everything it needs. Upload up to ten screenshots at once, review the detected rows on screen, then download your .xlsx file.
What this screen looks like
In the Lazada mobile app, your order details are under Me → My Orders → tap any order → Order Details; the screen lists each product thumbnail, full item name, variation (size or colour), quantity, unit price, and a subtotal. On the Lazada website, the same information appears at Account → My Orders → View Order Detail, displayed as a vertical product list with prices shown in the local currency alongside any applied voucher discounts.
When people use it
- A reseller screenshots several Lazada orders to build a restock spreadsheet, tracking which products sold and at what cost price.
- A buying agent compiles a client's Lazada cart screenshot into Excel so the client can approve quantities and unit prices before payment.
- A small business owner exports monthly Lazada purchase history screenshots to reconcile supplier invoices against actual order totals.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Copying item names, quantities and prices from a Lazada order page by hand is slow and introduces transcription errors, especially with long product names.
- Lazada does not offer a native CSV or Excel export, so anyone needing structured order data must build the spreadsheet from scratch.
- Switching between the app and a spreadsheet repeatedly—to copy each SKU, price, and quantity—wastes significant time when an order contains ten or more items.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your Lazada order
Open the order detail page in the Lazada app or website. Scroll to capture all products in the order. Save the screenshot as a PNG, JPG, or WEBP file; each image must be under 8 MB and show prices clearly without cropping.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Go to snapnsheet.com on any phone or desktop browser. Upload up to ten Lazada screenshots in one conversion session. The AI reads each image and identifies products, quantities, and prices—no account connection or login is involved at any stage.
- 3
Review and download your Excel file
Detected rows appear on screen before you commit to a download. Check that names and prices look correct, then download the .xlsx file. Each row contains the cropped product photo embedded in the cell, the item name, quantity, unit price, and line total, with a grand-total formula at the bottom.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped product photo embedded directly in the Excel cell for each item.
- Full product name as it appears on the Lazada order screen, including variation details.
- Quantity and unit price in their original currency—EUR, USD, and GBP are recognised.
- Calculated line total per product and a grand-total formula at the foot of the sheet.
- Saved list accessible for 90 days via My Lists, shareable with a read-only link.
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet read Lazada orders in Thai baht, Philippine peso, or other regional currencies?
snapNsheet currently recognises prices in EUR, USD, and GBP. If your Lazada order screen shows a different currency, the numeric values will still be captured, but automatic currency identification applies only to those three. Check the on-screen preview before downloading to confirm the figures look correct.
What if my Lazada order has more than 75 products?
Each conversion handles up to 75 products across up to ten screenshots. If a single Lazada order exceeds that limit, split the screenshots into two separate uploads and merge the resulting Excel files manually.
Does snapNsheet log into my Lazada account or access my order data directly?
No. snapNsheet has no connection to Lazada's systems. It only reads the screenshots you upload. Your account credentials and personal data are never requested or stored.
What if some prices are partially cut off in my Lazada screenshot?
Prices that are hidden, cropped, or obscured by an overlay cannot be read. Scroll and capture the full order detail screen, ensuring all price columns are fully visible, before taking the screenshot.
Can I upload a Lazada cart screenshot instead of a completed order?
Yes. The Lazada cart page—which shows item thumbnails, names, quantities, and prices—works as a valid input. Best results come from uploading one cart or one order per conversion rather than mixing multiple order types in the same batch.
