Turn Mercado Libre Order Screenshots into an Excel Spreadsheet
Mercado Libre shoppers, resellers, and buying agents often need a structured record of what they ordered — quantities, unit prices, line totals — without retyping everything by hand. snapNsheet reads screenshots of your Mercado Libre purchase history or order detail pages and produces a formatted Excel file in seconds, with product photos embedded directly in the rows.
Whether you're reconciling inventory, preparing a client quote, or tracking a batch of purchases across multiple orders, converting your Mercado Libre order data into a spreadsheet removes the manual step entirely. Upload up to ten screenshots at once and download a ready-to-use .xlsx file.
What this screen looks like
On the Mercado Libre website, go to My Account → My Purchases to see a list of orders; click any order to open the detail page showing the product photo, full name, seller, quantity, unit price, and order total. In the Mercado Libre mobile app, the same information lives under the menu icon → My Purchases → tap an order. Both views display the data snapNsheet needs to build your spreadsheet.
When people use it
- A reseller places ten separate Mercado Libre orders for different SKUs and needs one consolidated spreadsheet to send to their accountant.
- A buying agent in Mexico sources products for overseas clients and must document each Mercado Libre order with prices in a shareable Excel file.
- A small business owner reviews monthly Mercado Libre purchase history and wants an itemised list without copying product names and prices manually.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Mercado Libre has no native export button; copying product names, quantities, and prices into a spreadsheet row by row takes significant time.
- Order details span multiple screens or pages, making it easy to miss items or record the wrong unit price when entering data by hand.
- Resellers managing many orders must switch between browser tabs and a spreadsheet repeatedly, which introduces transcription errors and slows reconciliation.
How it works
- 1
Take screenshots of your order pages
Open your Mercado Libre order detail or purchase history page on the website or app. Take clear screenshots — PNG, JPG, or WEBP — making sure product names, quantities, and prices are fully visible and not cut off at the edges.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Go to snapnsheet.com and upload up to ten screenshots in one conversion. The AI reads each image, identifies individual products, and extracts the name, quantity, unit price, and line total. You can review every detected row on screen before proceeding.
- 3
Download your Excel file
Once you confirm the extracted data looks correct, download the .xlsx file. Each row contains the cropped product photo, name, quantity, unit price, line total, and a grand-total formula — ready for accounting, reporting, or sharing with a client.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped product photo embedded in the Excel cell for each item detected.
- Full product name as it appears on the Mercado Libre order screen.
- Quantity and unit price per line, with EUR, USD, and GBP recognised automatically.
- Calculated line total per product and a grand-total formula at the bottom.
- A shareable read-only link to your list, saved for 90 days in My Lists.
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet pull my order data directly from my Mercado Libre account?
No. snapNsheet does not connect to, log into, or access Mercado Libre in any way. You take screenshots yourself and upload them. The tool reads only the images you provide, so your account credentials are never involved.
What if my Mercado Libre order has more than 75 products?
Each conversion handles up to 75 products across up to ten screenshots. If a single order exceeds that, split it across two separate conversions. Very long product names are kept exactly as shown on screen.
What happens if a price is partially hidden or cut off in my screenshot?
Prices that are obscured, cropped, or otherwise not fully visible in the image cannot be read. Before uploading, scroll to make sure all prices are displayed completely and the screenshot resolution is sufficient.
Can I upload screenshots from both the Mercado Libre app and the website in the same batch?
Yes. As long as each screenshot is a PNG, JPG, or WEBP file under 8 MB and the product details are clearly visible, you can mix app and browser screenshots in one upload of up to ten files.
How long is my converted Mercado Libre list stored?
Converted lists are saved in My Lists for 90 days and can be shared via a read-only link. After 90 days the list is removed. Download your Excel file if you need a permanent local copy.
