Turn Shopee Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
If you buy in bulk on Shopee, manage orders for multiple clients, or simply want a clean record of what you purchased, copying product names and prices by hand is slow and error-prone. snapNsheet reads your Shopee order screenshot and produces an Excel spreadsheet with one row per product, embedded product photos, quantities, and a grand-total formula—ready in under a minute.
The tool works from screenshots alone. There is no account connection, no plugin, and no need to share login credentials. Upload up to ten Shopee screenshots per conversion, covering up to 75 products in total, and download the finished .xlsx file straight from your browser on phone or desktop.
What this screen looks like
In the Shopee app, your order details appear under Me → My Purchases, where each order screen lists the seller name, individual product thumbnails, variant labels, quantities, and the per-item price alongside an order total. On the Shopee website, the same information is found under your account's Purchase History; the order detail page shows a structured table with product images on the left and price breakdowns on the right. Either view—app or browser—produces a screenshot that snapNsheet can read.
When people use it
- A buying agent consolidating multiple client Shopee orders into one itemised spreadsheet to invoice accurately without retyping every product line.
- A small-business owner who ordered restocking supplies on Shopee and needs an Excel record for accounting or expense reporting.
- A reseller comparing Shopee cart totals across several saved sessions by converting each cart screenshot into a structured, sortable file.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Manually copying product names from a Shopee order detail page is tedious; variant names like colour and size are easy to mix up or omit entirely.
- Shopee shows prices per item and an order subtotal, but calculating line totals for every product across multiple orders by hand wastes significant time.
- Screenshotting a Shopee purchase history and then rebuilding it in Excel row by row means re-entering data that is already visible on screen.
How it works
- 1
Open your Shopee order or cart screen
In the Shopee app go to Me → My Purchases and tap any order, or open Purchase History on the website. Scroll so all products and prices are visible, then take a screenshot. Capture additional screenshots if the order is long.
- 2
Upload the screenshots to snapNsheet
Go to snapnsheet.com and upload your Shopee order screenshots—PNG, JPG, or WEBP, up to 8 MB each, up to ten files per conversion. The AI reads each image and identifies every product row, including thumbnails, names, quantities, and prices in EUR, USD, or GBP.
- 3
Review, then download your Excel file
Detected rows appear on screen before you download anything. Check that all items look correct, then export the .xlsx file. The list is saved in My Lists for 90 days and can be shared with a read-only link.
What you get in the Excel file
- A cropped product photo embedded directly in each Excel row's cell.
- Full product name as shown on the Shopee order screen, including variant details.
- Quantity per line item, pulled from the order detail view.
- Unit price and calculated line total for every product.
- A grand-total formula at the bottom summing all line amounts automatically.
Frequently asked questions
Does snapNsheet connect to my Shopee account?
No. snapNsheet never logs into Shopee or accesses any store data. It reads only the screenshots you upload. Your account credentials are never involved at any point in the process.
What if my Shopee order has more than ten items and they don't all fit in one screenshot?
Take multiple screenshots scrolling down the order page and upload all of them together—up to ten screenshots per conversion, covering up to 75 products in total. Capture each section clearly so no rows are cut off.
Can snapNsheet read prices if Shopee shows them in Philippine Pesos or another currency?
Currently snapNsheet recognises prices in EUR, USD, and GBP. If your Shopee store displays prices in a different currency, the numeric values may still be detected but currency identification is a known limit.
What happens if a product price is partially hidden or cropped in my screenshot?
Prices that are cut off or obscured in the image cannot be read. Before screenshotting, scroll to make sure all prices are fully visible and the screenshot resolution is adequate for the text to be legible.
How long is my converted Shopee order list stored?
Converted lists are saved in My Lists for 90 days. You can also generate a read-only sharing link to send the list to a colleague or client without them needing a snapNsheet account.
