Turn Walmart Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
Walmart's website and app let you browse tens of thousands of products, build large carts, and review detailed purchase histories—but there is no built-in way to export any of that as a spreadsheet. snapNsheet fills that gap. Upload a Walmart order screenshot and the AI reads each product row, then delivers an Excel file with photos, names, quantities, and prices already organised for you.
Resellers sourcing from Walmart, buying agents consolidating client orders, and small businesses tracking procurement costs all face the same problem: copying product data by hand is slow and error-prone. A Walmart order screenshot to Excel conversion takes seconds with snapNsheet, and the result is ready to share or drop straight into a budget sheet.
What this screen looks like
On the Walmart website, order details live under Account → Purchase History → select any order; the screen lists each item with its thumbnail image, full product name, quantity ordered, unit price, and line total. In the Walmart app, the same information appears under Account → Orders → tap an order; you can also screenshot the cart page (Account → Cart) before checkout, which shows item images, names, quantities, and current prices in a scrollable list.
When people use it
- A reseller screenshots several Walmart order confirmations after a bulk buy to build a restock log without retyping 40-plus product names.
- A buying agent captures a client's Walmart cart on their behalf and needs a shareable Excel quote with prices in USD for approval.
- A small business owner pulls Walmart purchase history screenshots each month to reconcile office-supply spending against the accounting system.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Manually copying product names from a Walmart order page is tedious; long item titles with model numbers are easy to mistype or truncate.
- Walmart shows no built-in export button, so creating a spending report means opening every order individually and copying data one field at a time.
- Pasting prices into a spreadsheet still requires writing totals formulas yourself, and any copy error throws off the whole calculation.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your Walmart order or cart
On the Walmart site, open Purchase History and select the order you want. On the app, open Orders or Cart. Scroll so all items are visible and take one screenshot per screen section—up to 10 screenshots per conversion are accepted.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Go to snapnsheet.com in any browser—phone or desktop both work. Upload your Walmart order screenshots (PNG, JPG, or WEBP, up to 8 MB each). The AI reads each image and extracts every product row it can see.
- 3
Review, then download your Excel file
Detected rows appear on screen before you commit to the download. Check that names and prices look correct, then download the .xlsx file. The list is also saved in My Lists for 90 days and can be shared via a read-only link.
What you get in the Excel file
- A cropped product photo embedded directly in the Excel cell for each item.
- Full product name as it appears in the Walmart order screen.
- Quantity per line item, taken from the order or cart display.
- Unit price and calculated line total for each product row.
- A grand-total formula at the bottom of the sheet, covering all rows.
Frequently asked questions
Does snapNsheet connect to my Walmart account?
No. snapNsheet never logs into or accesses any Walmart account. It works only from screenshots you upload manually. There is no account link, no API connection, and no integration with Walmart's systems.
What if my Walmart order has more than 75 products?
Each conversion handles up to 75 products. If a single order exceeds that, split it across multiple uploads—one set of screenshots per conversion—and combine the resulting Excel files yourself.
Can snapNsheet read prices if my Walmart screenshot is low resolution?
Image quality matters. Prices that are blurry, very small, or cut off at the edge of the screenshot cannot be reliably read. Zoom in before screenshotting, or crop so the price column is fully visible.
Which currencies from Walmart orders are recognised?
snapNsheet recognises USD, EUR, and GBP. Walmart US prices in USD are read without any special setup. If a price symbol is missing or ambiguous in the screenshot, the value may still be captured but currency identification could be uncertain.
Can I upload screenshots from both the Walmart app and website in one batch?
Yes, you can mix app and website screenshots in a single upload, up to 10 images. For best results, keep each upload to one order rather than mixing multiple separate orders, so the row detection stays accurate.
