Use cases
Create a Wholesale Order Form with Pictures from Any Catalogue Screenshot
Building a wholesale order form with pictures usually means copying product names, prices and quantities by hand, then hunting down images to paste alongside them. snapNsheet skips all of that. Upload screenshots of any supplier catalogue, cart or product list and the app reads each item with AI, then delivers an Excel file with the product photo cropped directly into the row — ready to share or edit.
Whether you are placing a bulk reorder, quoting a client or consolidating items from several catalogue pages, a structured spreadsheet with images is far more useful than a list of text. snapNsheet converts up to 75 products per session and supports EUR, USD and GBP pricing, so the numbers come out ready to use.
What this screen looks like
A typical screenshot for a wholesale order form task shows a grid or table of products — each with a thumbnail image, SKU or product name, unit price and sometimes a quantity field already filled in. Catalogue pages from B2B portals often display 6–20 items per screen with pricing tiers visible. Cart or checkout summary screens show selected quantities, line totals and a grand total row at the bottom.
When people use it
- A buyer screenshots a supplier's online catalogue across several pages to build a wholesale order form with pictures for internal approval before placing the bulk order.
- A sales rep captures a client's cart on a B2B platform and needs a branded Excel summary with product images to attach to a quote.
- A small retailer photographs printed or PDF catalogue pages and wants a structured spreadsheet to track what they plan to reorder each season.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Manually copying product names, SKUs and prices from a catalogue into a spreadsheet takes hours and introduces transcription errors that are hard to catch later.
- Inserting product photos by hand means downloading each image separately, resizing it and positioning it in the correct cell — tedious even for a short list.
- Sharing a plain text order list with a supplier or colleague is error-prone; without pictures, items are frequently misidentified and wrong products get shipped.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your catalogue or cart
Open the supplier portal, B2B catalogue or cart page and take screenshots covering all the products you want in your wholesale order form. PNG, JPG or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted, and you can upload up to 10 screenshots in one conversion.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Go to snapnsheet.com, start a new conversion and drag in your screenshots. The AI reads each product row — name, quantity, unit price and the product image — and shows you the detected items on screen before you download anything.
- 3
Download your Excel order form
Once you have reviewed the rows, download the .xlsx file. Each product occupies one row with its photo embedded in the cell, a line total calculated automatically and a grand-total formula at the bottom — a complete wholesale order form with pictures in seconds.
What you get in the Excel file
- Product photo cropped from the screenshot and embedded directly in the Excel cell.
- Product name as it appears in the catalogue, kept in full without truncation.
- Quantity and unit price per row, with EUR, USD and GBP values recognised automatically.
- Line-total column calculated per product and a grand-total formula at the foot of the sheet.
- A shareable read-only link to the list, saved in My lists for 90 days.
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet pull product data directly from a supplier's website or B2B portal?
No. snapNsheet reads screenshots you upload — it does not connect to, log into or sync with any store or platform. You take the screenshots yourself and upload them as image files. This means it works with any catalogue or portal regardless of whether an API or integration exists.
How many products can one wholesale order form conversion handle?
Each conversion supports up to 75 products and up to 10 screenshots. If your catalogue spans more pages than that, split it across two separate conversions. Both will be saved in My lists for 90 days so you can reference or share them.
What happens if a product price is partially cut off in the screenshot?
Prices that are hidden behind a tooltip, cut off at the edge of the screen or obscured by an overlay cannot be read. Crop or scroll your screenshots so that unit prices are fully visible before uploading to get accurate results in your order form.
Will the product photos in the Excel file look like the original catalogue images?
snapNsheet crops the product image as it appears in your screenshot, so quality depends on the resolution of the original screen capture. High-resolution screenshots from a desktop browser produce clearer embedded photos than small or blurry mobile captures.
Can I share the finished wholesale order form with a supplier or colleague?
Yes. Every list gets a read-only sharing link that stays active for 90 days. You can also download the .xlsx file and send it directly — the embedded product photos and formulas travel with the file and open in any version of Excel or compatible spreadsheet software.
