Turn Zalando Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
Zalando shoppers, resellers, and buying agents often need a clean record of what they ordered, returned, or plan to purchase. Copying item names and prices by hand from a Zalando order confirmation or cart page is slow and error-prone. snapNsheet reads your Zalando order screenshot and converts it into a formatted Excel spreadsheet—one row per product, with the item photo embedded directly in the cell.
Whether you're reconciling a business expense, briefing a buying agent, or tracking a seasonal haul, a Zalando screenshot to Excel conversion takes seconds. Upload up to ten screenshots per session, covering up to 75 products in total. No Zalando account credentials are required and no store connection is made.
What this screen looks like
On the Zalando website, open 'My Account' and navigate to 'Orders' to see a list of past purchases; clicking any order expands it to show each item's product image, name, size, colour, quantity, and the price paid. In the Zalando app, the same detail is found under the profile icon → Orders → tap any order. A cart or wishlist page shows pending items with their current prices and thumbnails in a vertical list.
When people use it
- A buying agent receives a Zalando order screenshot from a client abroad and needs an itemised Excel quote to calculate import costs and margins.
- A small boutique owner screenshots several Zalando cart pages during a sale and wants one spreadsheet to compare styles, quantities, and prices before buying.
- An individual shopper exports their Zalando order history screenshots to track spending across multiple seasonal orders in a single Excel workbook.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Manually typing every product name, size, and price from a Zalando order into a spreadsheet takes 20–40 minutes and introduces transcription mistakes.
- Zalando does not offer a native CSV or Excel export, so there is no built-in way to get order data into a spreadsheet without copying it field by field.
- Resellers forwarding Zalando orders to suppliers must reformat information repeatedly; without a structured file, communication delays and errors pile up.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your Zalando order or cart
Open the Zalando website or app, go to your Orders or cart page, and take a screenshot. Capture the full product list, including item images, names, sizes, and prices. PNG, JPG, or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted, and you can upload up to ten screenshots at once.
- 2
Upload and let the AI read the page
Go to snapNsheet.com in any browser—phone or desktop—and upload your Zalando screenshots. The AI identifies each product row, reads the name, quantity, and price, and crops the product photo from the image. Detected rows appear on screen for you to review before anything is downloaded.
- 3
Download your Excel file
Once you confirm the detected products look correct, download the .xlsx file. Each row contains the embedded product photo, full product name, quantity, unit price, and line total, with a grand-total formula at the bottom. Your list is also saved for 90 days under 'My lists' and can be shared via a read-only link.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped Zalando product photo embedded in each Excel row for instant visual reference.
- Full product name as it appears on the Zalando order or cart screen.
- Quantity and unit price per item, with EUR, USD, and GBP recognised automatically.
- Line-total column calculated per row and a grand-total formula at the bottom of the sheet.
- A shareable read-only link to the list, stored for 90 days in your snapNsheet account.
Frequently asked questions
Does snapNsheet connect to my Zalando account?
No. snapNsheet never logs into Zalando or accesses any store system. It works entirely from the screenshots you upload. Your Zalando credentials are never requested or used at any point.
What if my Zalando order spans multiple pages or screens?
Upload each screen as a separate screenshot—up to ten per conversion. The AI processes them together. Keep in mind the limit is 75 products per conversion, so very large order histories may need to be split across multiple uploads.
Can snapNsheet read prices that are partially cut off in the screenshot?
No. Prices that are hidden, cropped out of frame, or obscured by overlapping elements cannot be read. Make sure the full price column is visible before screenshotting your Zalando order or cart page for best results.
Does it work with Zalando's app as well as the website?
Yes. Screenshots taken from the Zalando mobile app and from the desktop website both work. Image clarity matters—avoid screenshots that are blurry or very low resolution, as this reduces how accurately the AI reads product details.
How long is my converted Zalando list stored?
Converted lists are saved for 90 days in 'My lists'. During that period you can re-download the Excel file or share it with a colleague or client using a read-only link. After 90 days the list is removed.
