Turn a Zara Order Screenshot into a Structured Excel File
Zara's app and website show your order details clearly — item photos, names, sizes, quantities and prices — but there is no built-in export. If you need that data in a spreadsheet, you either retype it by hand or find another way. snapNsheet reads a Zara order screenshot and produces a formatted Excel file in seconds, with each product's cropped photo embedded directly in its row.
The result is a .xlsx file ready for budgeting, client quotes, resale pricing or purchase tracking. Upload up to ten screenshots per conversion, covering up to 75 products. Prices in EUR, USD and GBP are recognised automatically. No Zara account connection is involved — snapNsheet works entirely from the images you provide.
What this screen looks like
In the Zara app, go to Profile → Orders to find a list of past purchases; tapping any order opens a detail screen showing each item's thumbnail photo, product name, size, quantity and the price paid. On the Zara website, the same information appears under My Account → Orders, with a clean vertical list that is straightforward to screenshot on any desktop browser. The cart screen — accessible before checkout — shows pending items with photos, selected options and current prices, and is equally readable by snapNsheet.
When people use it
- A buying agent screenshots multiple Zara order confirmations to compile a consolidated product list for an overseas client, avoiding manual data entry.
- A small boutique reseller captures their Zara cart before checkout to build a wholesale-style quote sheet with unit prices and a grand total.
- A personal stylist photographs a client's Zara purchase history to create a seasonal wardrobe inventory with item photos and spend per category.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Retyping product names from a Zara order by hand is slow and error-prone, especially when names include collection codes, fabric details or long descriptors.
- Copying prices one by one and building your own SUM formula in a blank spreadsheet takes ten minutes per order — longer if you have several orders to consolidate.
- Screenshotting is easy, but organising those images alongside the text data in a usable format requires manual cropping, pasting and reformatting every single time.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your Zara order or cart
Open the Zara app or website and navigate to your order detail or cart screen. Take a screenshot on your phone or use your browser's screenshot tool on desktop. Make sure the full product list, prices and quantities are visible and not cut off at the edges.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Go to snapnsheet.com and upload your Zara order screenshot — PNG, JPG or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted, and you can add up to ten images in one conversion. The AI reads each item row, including the embedded product thumbnail, name, size and price.
- 3
Review, then download your Excel file
Detected rows appear on screen before you commit to the download, so you can confirm everything looks correct. Then download the .xlsx file with product photos embedded in cells, names, quantities, unit prices, line totals and a grand-total formula already in place.
What you get in the Excel file
- Each product's photo cropped from the screenshot and embedded in its Excel cell.
- Full product name as shown on the Zara order or cart screen, including size or colour.
- Quantity per line item, drawn directly from what the screenshot displays.
- Unit price and calculated line total, with EUR, USD and GBP recognised automatically.
- A grand-total formula at the bottom of the price column, summing all line items.
Frequently asked questions
Does snapNsheet connect to my Zara account?
No. snapNsheet has no connection to Zara's systems and does not log into or access any store account. It reads only the screenshots you upload. That means the output depends entirely on what is visible in your image.
What if my Zara order spans several screens and I need multiple screenshots?
You can upload up to ten screenshots per conversion, which covers most multi-page Zara orders. Keep each screenshot focused on one order if possible, as mixing several different orders in one upload can reduce accuracy.
Can snapNsheet read prices that are partially hidden or cut off?
No — prices that are obscured, cropped out of frame or covered by an overlay cannot be read. Before uploading, scroll and screenshot so every price column is fully visible. Image resolution also affects how reliably figures are detected.
How long are my Zara order lists stored?
Converted lists are saved in My lists for 90 days. You can also generate a read-only share link to send the list to a client or colleague without them needing a snapNsheet account.
Does it work with Zara screenshots taken on a phone?
Yes. snapNsheet runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser, and phone screenshots of the Zara app are a common input. Portrait-orientation screenshots with clear text and adequate lighting generally produce the best results.
