Use cases
Build a Dropshipping Order Sheet with Images from Customer Order Screenshots
When orders come in across multiple storefronts, forwarding product details to suppliers by hand is slow and error-prone. snapNsheet reads your customer order screenshots and produces a structured dropshipping order sheet with images embedded directly in Excel — one row per product, quantities confirmed, prices captured — ready to send to your supplier or freight agent without retyping a single SKU.
The result is a clean .xlsx file your supplier can open immediately. Because product photos are cropped from the screenshot and placed inside the cell, there is no ambiguity about which item you mean — critical when ordering across language barriers or from catalogues where names differ between markets.
What this screen looks like
A typical customer order screenshot from a dropshipping storefront shows the order confirmation or order-detail page: a list of product thumbnails on the left, product names and variant details in the centre, and quantity plus unit price on the right, often followed by a subtotal and shipping line at the bottom. Some platforms display this inside an 'Order History' or 'My Purchases' section, paginated if the order is long. Capturing that single screen — or two screens if the order scrolls — gives snapNsheet everything it needs.
When people use it
- You receive ten AliExpress customer orders overnight and need one consolidated dropshipping order sheet with images to send your freight forwarder before the morning cut-off.
- A supplier requires a formatted product list with photos for customs documentation, and you have only order-confirmation screenshots from your Shopify dashboard to work from.
- You manage several niche stores and want a reusable workflow: screenshot the order, get an Excel file, forward to the relevant supplier — without logging into each platform's export tool.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Copying product names, quantities and prices from order pages into a spreadsheet by hand takes fifteen to thirty minutes per order and introduces transcription errors that cause wrong items to ship.
- Sourcing and inserting product images manually — downloading thumbnails, resizing them, placing each one in the correct row — doubles the time spent building a single supplier order sheet.
- Maintaining a dropshipping order sheet with images across multiple suppliers and storefronts in separate files leads to version confusion, missed updates and suppliers acting on outdated information.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your customer orders
Open the order-confirmation or order-detail page in your store dashboard or customer email. Capture the full product list — up to ten screenshots per conversion, covering orders with as many as 75 line items. PNG, JPG or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet and review
Drag your screenshots into snapNsheet on any phone or desktop browser. The AI reads each product row, extracts the name, quantity and price, and shows you the detected results on screen before you download anything. Check for any lines where prices were hidden or cut off.
- 3
Download your supplier-ready Excel file
Click download to get a .xlsx file with one product per row, the cropped photo embedded in the cell, quantity, unit price, line total and a grand-total formula. Share the saved list via a read-only link or open it straight in Excel to forward to your supplier.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped product photo embedded in the Excel cell — no separate image folder needed.
- Product name exactly as shown in the order, including variant details like size or colour.
- Quantity and unit price per line, with EUR, USD and GBP recognised automatically.
- A calculated line-total column and a grand-total formula at the bottom of the sheet.
- A shareable read-only link to the saved list, stored in My Lists for 90 days.
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet pull order data directly from AliExpress or my Shopify store?
No. snapNsheet reads screenshots you upload — it does not connect to, log into or sync with any store or platform. You take the screenshot yourself and upload the image file. This works with any storefront because it relies on what is visible on screen, not on API access.
What if my order has more than ten products — will they all appear in the sheet?
snapNsheet supports up to 75 products per conversion and up to ten screenshot images per upload. If your order list spans multiple pages, capture each page as a separate screenshot and include all of them in one upload batch for a single consolidated output file.
What happens if a product price is partially hidden or cut off in the screenshot?
Prices that are obscured, outside the image boundary or rendered in an unsupported format cannot be read. That cell will be left blank in the Excel output. Scroll the page so all prices are fully visible before taking the screenshot to avoid missing values in your dropshipping order sheet.
Can I use this to build a dropshipping order sheet with images from multiple different suppliers in one file?
You can upload screenshots from different order pages in one batch, but best results come from one order or one supplier's product list per conversion. Mixing unrelated orders in a single upload may cause rows to be grouped in unexpected ways.
How long are my converted order sheets stored, and can I share them with a supplier?
Each list is saved in My Lists for 90 days from the date of conversion. You can generate a read-only sharing link and send it directly to a supplier or freight agent — they can view the sheet without needing a snapNsheet account.
