Turn Your Etsy Order Screenshots into a Structured Excel File
Etsy orders arrive from dozens of independent sellers, each with its own item name, price, and shipping cost. If you buy in volume—for a small business, a reseller operation, or a buying agency—keeping track of what you ordered, from whom, and at what price quickly becomes a spreadsheet problem. snapNsheet reads your Etsy order screenshots and produces a tidy Excel file, one row per product, in under a minute.
No account linking, no browser extension, no API. You take a screenshot of your Etsy order detail or purchase history and upload it. The AI reads the product photo, name, quantity, and price directly from the image, then builds the spreadsheet for you.
What this screen looks like
On the Etsy website, go to your account icon, select 'Purchases and reviews', and open any individual order to see the item thumbnail, product title, quantity, item price, and order total. In the Etsy mobile app, tap the account icon, then 'Purchases', and open an order to reach the same detail view. Either screen typically shows one or more line items with a clear price breakdown, which is exactly what snapNsheet needs to extract the data.
When people use it
- A reseller buying craft supplies from multiple Etsy shops needs a consolidated product list with prices to reconcile against client invoices each month.
- A small business owner places a bulk Etsy order for branded merchandise and needs the item names and unit costs logged in Excel for accounting.
- A buying agent ordering on behalf of clients captures Etsy purchase history screens to deliver an itemised cost breakdown without manual re-entry.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Etsy has no native export for order data; copying item names, quantities, and prices from each order page into a spreadsheet by hand is slow and error-prone.
- When an order contains items from several sellers, the totals are split across multiple screens, making it hard to build one coherent product list without missing a line.
- Handwritten or typed product names from Etsy listings are often long and descriptive; transcription mistakes mean the spreadsheet no longer matches the actual order.
How it works
- 1
Open your Etsy order and take a screenshot
On the Etsy website or app, navigate to 'Purchases and reviews', open the order you want, and capture the screen. PNG, JPG, or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted. You can upload up to 10 screenshots in one conversion, covering up to 75 products.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet and let the AI read the image
Go to snapnsheet.com in any browser—phone or desktop—and upload your Etsy screenshot. The AI identifies each product row, reads the item photo, name, quantity, and price, and displays the detected results on screen before you download anything.
- 3
Download your Excel file and reuse it
Confirm the rows look correct, then download the .xlsx file. Each product gets its own row with a cropped photo embedded in the cell, the full item name, quantity, unit price, and a line total. A grand-total formula is added automatically. Your list is saved for 90 days in 'My lists' and can be shared via a read-only link.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped Etsy product photo embedded directly in the Excel cell for each item.
- Full product name as it appears on the Etsy order screen, unaltered.
- Quantity and unit price per line item, with EUR, USD, and GBP recognised automatically.
- Calculated line total for every row and a grand-total formula at the bottom.
- A shareable read-only link to the list, saved in 'My lists' for 90 days.
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet read an Etsy order with items from multiple sellers?
Yes, as long as all the items and their prices are visible in the screenshot. For best results, upload one order page per file. If a long order spans multiple screens, upload each screen separately—up to 10 screenshots per conversion, covering up to 75 products total.
What if the shipping cost or Etsy tax is shown on the order screen?
snapNsheet reads the rows it can identify as products. Shipping lines and tax summaries may be picked up if they appear as separate rows; review the detected results on screen before downloading to confirm what has been captured.
Does snapNsheet connect to my Etsy account or log in on my behalf?
No. snapNsheet has no integration with Etsy and does not access your account. You supply a screenshot image; the AI reads only what is visible in that image. No store credentials are involved at any point.
What happens if a price is partially cut off in my Etsy screenshot?
Prices that are hidden, cropped out, or obscured cannot be read. This is a stated limit of the tool. Scroll and re-capture the screen so the full price is visible before uploading, and the extraction will be accurate.
Can I use snapNsheet to track Etsy purchases across several months?
You can upload screenshots from different orders at separate conversions, and each resulting list is stored for 90 days under 'My lists'. There is no automatic aggregation across lists, but you can download each Excel file and combine them manually.
