Use cases
Turn Order Screenshots into an Item List Your Shipping Agent Can Use
When you use a package forwarding or shipping agent, they often need a written item list with photos and declared values before they will ship your parcel. Pulling that together by hand — copying product names, noting quantities, looking up prices — takes time you could spend on something else. snapNsheet reads your order screenshots and produces a ready-to-send Excel file in one step, making it straightforward to import an order list for your shipping agent without retyping anything.
The result is a structured spreadsheet: one row per product, a cropped photo embedded in the cell, name, quantity, unit price, line total, and a grand-total formula at the bottom. Your agent gets everything they need to process the shipment, and you keep a copy saved for 90 days in My Lists.
What this screen looks like
A typical screenshot for this task comes from the order confirmation or order detail page of any online shop — it shows a list of purchased items with thumbnail images, product names, quantities and individual prices, often alongside an order number and a subtotal. Some users screenshot a shopping cart before checkout, which looks almost identical. Either way, the image should be clear enough that text and prices are fully visible and not cut off at the edges.
When people use it
- You bought several items from an overseas retailer and your forwarding agent requires a declared-value list with photos before releasing the parcel.
- A personal shopper service asks for a product manifest so customs paperwork can be prepared accurately before the shipment leaves the warehouse.
- You consolidated multiple purchases at a freight forwarder and need one tidy spreadsheet covering every item across several separate orders.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Copying product names and prices by hand from order pages is slow and error-prone, especially when an order contains ten or more individual items.
- Agents often reject handwritten lists that lack photos, forcing you to find and attach images separately for each product before resubmitting.
- Keeping declared values consistent across multiple orders in a single shipment is hard to track without a structured document that totals everything automatically.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your order confirmation
Open the order detail or confirmation page in any shop or app and take a screenshot. PNG, JPG or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted. If your shipment covers several orders, capture up to 10 screenshots per conversion — one clear image per order works best.
- 2
Upload and let the AI read the images
Go to snapNsheet.com, upload your screenshots, and the AI identifies each product row: it reads the name, quantity, unit price and extracts the product photo directly from the image. Prices in EUR, USD and GBP are all recognised automatically.
- 3
Review, download and send to your agent
Detected rows appear on screen before you download anything. Check the list, then export the Excel file. Each row contains the embedded product photo, name, quantity, unit price and line total — everything needed to import an order list for your shipping agent in one go.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped product photo embedded directly in the Excel cell for each item
- Full product name as it appears in the original order screenshot
- Quantity and unit price columns, with EUR, USD and GBP recognised
- Line-total column calculated per row and a grand-total formula at the bottom
- Shareable read-only link to the list, stored in My Lists for 90 days
Frequently asked questions
Can snapNsheet connect to my shop account and pull the order automatically?
No. snapNsheet works from screenshots only — it does not log into any store or access order data directly. You take the screenshot yourself and upload it. This keeps the process simple and works with any shop or app regardless of platform.
What if my shipment covers more than one order from different shops?
You can upload up to 10 screenshots per conversion, so you can include orders from different retailers in one batch. For best accuracy, keep each screenshot to one order page. The resulting Excel file will list all detected products together, up to 75 rows total.
What happens if a price is partially cut off in my screenshot?
Prices that are hidden, cropped or obscured in the image cannot be read. This is a firm limit of working from screenshots rather than live data. Scroll the page so all prices are fully visible before capturing the image, and check the on-screen preview before downloading.
Will the agent be able to see the product photos inside the Excel file?
Yes. Each product photo is embedded as an image inside its cell in the .xlsx file, so it is visible when the file is opened in Excel, Google Sheets or any compatible spreadsheet application — no separate attachments needed.
How long is my list available after I create it?
Lists are saved in My Lists for 90 days. You can also share a read-only link with your shipping agent so they can view the list directly without needing to download or open a file themselves.
