Turn Any Order Confirmation Into a Spreadsheet
Every order confirmation contains the same core data — product names, quantities, prices, a total — but it sits locked inside a webpage or email you cannot easily reuse. snapNsheet lets you screenshot that confirmation from any shop, upload it, and receive a structured Excel file with one row per product, embedded photos, and a working grand-total formula. No copy-pasting, no manual entry.
Whether you bought from one retailer or several, converting an order confirmation to a spreadsheet takes under a minute. Upload up to ten screenshots per conversion, covering up to 75 line items. The extracted rows appear on screen for review before you download, and your list stays saved for 90 days.
What this screen looks like
An order confirmation typically shows a summary table with product thumbnails, names, quantities, and individual prices, followed by a subtotal, shipping line, and grand total. On desktop browsers this is usually a full-width page you can scroll and capture in sections; on mobile it often arrives as an email you screenshot directly. Either format works — what matters is that the price and product columns are fully visible and not cropped at the edges.
When people use it
- A procurement assistant receives order confirmations from multiple suppliers and needs to consolidate them into one tracking spreadsheet without retyping every line.
- A reseller screenshots an order confirmation after a bulk purchase to log costs per unit in a pricing model before the invoice even arrives.
- Someone managing household finances wants to convert an order confirmation to a spreadsheet to record exactly what was spent and on which items.
Why doing it by hand hurts
- Copying product names and prices by hand from a long order confirmation is slow, error-prone, and has to be repeated every time a new order arrives.
- Order confirmation emails often use HTML layouts that paste as unstructured text, leaving you to reformat columns and fix broken rows manually.
- Reconciling several order confirmations across different shops means juggling multiple formats, currencies, and layouts with no consistent structure to work from.
How it works
- 1
Screenshot your confirmation
Open the order confirmation page or email and take one or more screenshots that capture all product rows, quantities, and prices. Make sure nothing is cut off at the edges. PNG, JPG, or WEBP files up to 8 MB each are accepted.
- 2
Upload to snapNsheet
Go to snapnsheet.com, start a new conversion, and upload your screenshots — up to ten per session. The AI reads each image and extracts every product row it can identify, including the embedded product photo where one is visible.
- 3
Review, then download your Excel file
Detected rows appear on screen before anything is saved. Check the list, then download your .xlsx file. Each row contains the product photo, name, quantity, unit price, and line total, with a grand-total formula at the bottom.
What you get in the Excel file
- Cropped product photo embedded directly in the Excel cell alongside each row.
- Product name as it appears in the order confirmation, preserved in full.
- Quantity and unit price in a dedicated column, supporting EUR, USD, and GBP.
- Calculated line total per product and a grand-total formula at the bottom of the sheet.
- A shareable read-only link and 90-day storage under My Lists for future reference.
Frequently asked questions
Does snapNsheet connect to my shop account to fetch the order?
No. snapNsheet never logs into any store or accesses your account. It reads only the screenshots you upload. That means you control exactly what data is shared, and no store credentials are involved at any point.
What if my order confirmation is very long and spans multiple screens?
Upload up to ten screenshots per conversion. Capture each section of the confirmation separately, making sure rows are not cropped. snapNsheet processes all uploaded images together, though best results come when each upload covers one order rather than mixing several.
Can it handle confirmations where the price is partially hidden or cut off?
Prices that are obscured, cut off at the image edge, or covered by overlapping elements cannot be read. Scroll the page fully before screenshotting and check that every price column is visible. Image quality and resolution directly affect accuracy.
Which currencies does snapNsheet recognise on order confirmations?
EUR, USD, and GBP are recognised automatically. If your order confirmation uses a different currency symbol, the number may still be extracted but currency identification is not guaranteed.
How long is my converted list kept, and can I share it?
Every conversion is stored in My Lists for 90 days. You can share any list using a read-only link — the recipient sees the extracted rows but cannot edit the data or access your account.
