Question 1

Can I convert a screenshot to Excel with product photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. snapNsheet reads every product in your screenshot, crops its photo and places it inside the Excel cell next to the product name, quantity and price.

Question 2

Which shops and apps does it work with?

Accepted Answer

Any shop, app or order email: Amazon, Temu, Shein, AliExpress, Alibaba, bol.com, Zara, Nike, IKEA, Vinted, eBay, Walmart, Target, MediaMarkt, Apple, Samsung, H&M, Bijenkorf, Harrods and many more. List and grid layouts are both supported.

Question 3

Can I add more products to an existing list?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Growth plan. Open My lists, choose Add screenshots on any saved list and the new products are added to the same client list, with the total updated automatically.

Question 4

Does it calculate the total price?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each row gets a line total (quantity × price) and the sheet ends with a grand total that updates automatically when you edit a quantity or price.

Question 5

Which program should I open the file in?

Accepted Answer

For the best results, open the downloaded .xlsx file in Microsoft Excel (desktop or mobile app). Other spreadsheet apps may not display the product photos correctly.

Question 6

Is it a screenshot to spreadsheet converter or an OCR tool?

Accepted Answer

Both. It uses AI image recognition to read product names, prices and quantities from images, and turns them into a structured spreadsheet instead of plain text.

Question 7

Are my screenshots stored?

Accepted Answer

No. Uploaded screenshots are deleted within an hour. Only your finished lists (product photos, names and prices) are kept in My lists for 90 days, so you can download them again or keep adding products for the same client. You can delete a list at any time.
